Lyrics | Mariah Carey lyrics - Hero lyrics

One of the most attractive part for me in a song is the lyrics. So, this song here just had to be a favorite. I think that it is really uplifting the spirit. Through all the ups and downs in life you've got to have the strength to carry on, because a hero lies in you. Have a great week, everyone!

Hi Rosidah, I like the lyrics to that song also. Speaking of lyrics, do you like any of our USA Country music??? There are some great musicians --who tell good stories--in their music.

Hugs,
Betsy

It's fun to discover the lyrics to a song after listening to its melody for so many times. Sometimes the lyrics take it in a new direction, but sometimes the first impression sticks.

A perfect musical choice!
Very uplifting.

Thanks for your comment yesterday - it's nice being missed. My grandbabies were worth being away for. :)

Thank you for your visit to my blog. I am not aware of modern music or singers. I am too old. LOL

You would not know about Kate Smith or some of the singers from our time but they were great too. I wonder how they would come across on television? She was really big or fat and I suppose people would have a different opinion of her on television. She was popular on radio only during the war years.

Hi Rosidah, This comment goes on the post about your daughter's scouting badge. I couldn't find a place to comment on that post--so I'll just comment here...

I know you are proud of her. My sons were all scouts --and that program teaches kids so much about life.

Congrats to your daughter.
Hugs,
Betsy
