Add Comment Form Message

This might be something very simple for some (or may be most) of you, but I just came upon the secret... so please bare with me :).

I have been visiting a lot of blogs these days and tried to leave some comments as best as I can. While doing this, I noticed that a lot of blog owners wrote some thoughtful notes above their comment forms. So I went to my dashboard to take another more intensive look. This is what you have to do:

Go to Settings. Click Comments, fill out the Comment Form Message with your notes and then Save Settings.
