    The Fine for not wearing a helmet should be increased 10fold!! That way it'll make the offenders think twice :P

    Ooopsss! helmets here is a must for motorists. Still we get a lot of violations and 4-5 accidents per day. Grrr...great post here for TWTW Rosidah. Always nice to see your clever posts.

    Owwwwww! You can tell - he's sorry! Sorry he got caught I imagine! I don't blame him though... nothing feels better on a bike than having the wind blow through your hair -- but it is SO unsafe! We wear ours... we don't take chances.

    Wow, we are supposed to wear a helmet when riding a moterbike but I don't think the police would bother to arrest anyone...
