This Way Thurs-Way 2: Family Meeting

Welcome to another round of This Way, Thurs-Way, a Thursday weekly meme of roads & its signs, signages, paths, passages, street scenes & the likes. On last week's entry I posted About Double Parking, a really inconvenient scene that I would like to avoid on the road. But not all encounters have to be that ugly. This one here was a lovely incident... or better said coincidence ;).

We were on our way to the center of Jakarta, when my sister in law called and asked where we were and what up to. A soft giggle in her voice should have given a clue, but who suspects to meet up with family rather far away from home. It was not until a honking car came up, approaching us from behind and we recognized a very familiar car with some of our beloved family members in it. My nephew was about to attend a wedding with his parents. This was really a nice surprise! Minutes after taking my first shot from the passenger seat, we came upon a red traffic light that enabled the second shot.
