WWF Earth Hour 2011 Participation

Friday, March 25, 2011

I know this is a close call. However, you can still prepare yourself for a WWF Earth Hour 2011 participation. Tomorrow on Saturday, 26 March 2011 at 8.30 PM of your local time, this wonderful event will take place to raise awareness about issues of climate change. People all over the world will unite to switch off their lights for one hour.

This will be my family's 3rd WWF Earth Hour participation. They say, you don't need to be an expert to join billions of people in one voice. A cause that started out in one country, Australia, has now become a global celebration for our beloved mother earth.

I'm quite aware that it will take more than just one hour to take care and save the beauty of earth, but the spirit behind the huge WWF Earth Hour event is something that should be kept in the heart. Millions of voices coming together for the sake of mother earth should mean something. To me, it is a great sign to start making a change. Let's be a part.

Have a great time at the WWF Earth Hour 2011 Participation.

Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect

We should (each & everyone) all participate in earth our then only we can save a little bit of energy. If we can switch off our lights, fans, A/c's and other electrical equipments for at least one hour a week then we can so much of energy.

Earth Hour serves to remind us not only of the dire state of our world. Our memory needs to be jolted too. It's true, we have to be practitioners to make the difference. have a good day:)
