Fried Chicken Shrimp Wonton Pangsit GorengFried Chicken Shrimp Wonton alias Pangsit Goreng

Pangsit is a word in Bahasa Indonesia for Wonton. It is a type of dumpling that can be bowled or fried. We usually eat it with noodles, rice or just dip it into chili or tomato sauce as snack. The ones presented in the photo above were fried and dipped into chili sauce. They are crispy Fried Chicken Shrimp Wonton alias Pangsit Goreng in Bahasa Indonesia. Hmm, yummy! The wonton filling was mainly made of minced chicken meat, coarsely diced shrimps, added up with oriental spices like onions, sesame oil and ginger. Have a nice week, everyone.

Ooopsss...I've tried this one in Netherlands, they have lots of this since a lot of Indonesians live in NL too. I've also tried the Nasi Goreng, if that's what it's called...some kind of rice.

Thanks Rosidah for being sweet and a friend. Thanks for your constant encouragement and uplifting words. You are truly a blessing to me and to everybody. Sinusitis is really a pain. The doc said that my head was full of mucus after they took an x-ray. Did antibiotic helped you then? did it return? how are you doing now? I hope that you are completely sinus free now. God bless and hope you have a wonderful week ahead.

Mmm, these look great. I've had both pangsit goreng and pangsit kuah before and found them to be delicious.
